HR Generalist
Up to £43k
North London
Our client, a leading charity in England and Wales is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team in North London. This will be a generalist role working in partnership with five schools and one further education college.
In this role you will be a key member of the team, providing the people expertise for HR planning and certain day-to-day issues. The core activity for this role is identifying, developing and ensuring implementation of value added HR solutions derived from business plans based on a thorough understanding of the educational system. .
Key accountability's
-To be the primary point of contact within the HR function
-Contribute to the development of department operational plans through challenging existing beliefs regarding people and organisational models.
-Develop and deliver a HR operational plan covering areas such as performance management; succession; development; resourcing of talent; environment; organisation design and cost management
-To facilitate positive relationships between departments and resolve issues of unsatisfactory performance from HR departments
-Continuously review and interpret changes across the organisation to ensure that HR plans remain appropriate
