HR Manager - London
Our client is a leading UK law firm and currently requires an HR Manager to manage the overall HR function. Managing all resourcing issues for the firm, including fee earners, you will also take full accountability for training and development within the firm, and advise on all performance management issues including disciplinary and capability matters. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills within a high profile role, where you are accountable for the strategic direction of the HR function. As a result you will be managing the HR budget and participate in HR projects as required, whilst also ensuring the annual appraisal process and training needs are met. Of graduate calibre, you will have excellent influencing and communication skills, as well as be up to speed on employment law and HR best practice. As an experienced HR Generalist, you will have previous HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level experience within the professional services sector.
