My client, a successful International Law firm, is seeking a HR Manager.
The purpose of the role is to provide dedicated support to one business area, working a key member of the HR team, you will also be involved in developing the HR strategy and take ownership of several key projects.
Responsibilities will include:

Policy and procedures
Talent Management
Employee Relations
Employee Retention
Performance and Reward
You will be degree level educated with experience in a partnership environment. Your natural communication skills, attention to detail and organisational skills will all be utilised and rewarded with a highly competitive salary.
