As part of a very supportive team, the HR advisor will advise staff and managers of terms of employment and HR policy and procedure. The role will involve recruitment and the HR officer will be involved with the entire recruitment process including interviewing, arranging interviews and managing the offer process. The role will also involve managing and undertaking investigations in sickness, absence, performance and conduct cases. Also supporting and developing managers to enable them to take forward the first stages in the investigations. The HR Officer will assist with the mentoring and supervising of the HR assistants and will be involved with HR project work.
Applicants should be at least studying for their CIPD qualification, have ability to grasp HR information management systems and have considerable experience of working within a HR department advising staff.
