My Client a management consultancy in central London, is currently seeking an HR Officer / Co ordinator to join their team for the next 3- 6 months with the idea of going permanent thereafter months. The role will see you working within a number of areas, as well as giving you the opportunity to learn and develop. This role would lend itself to someone who is moving to HR from a strong administration background. You will be responsible for supporting the rest of their team in all areas that will include recruitment, er issues, advising managers on policies and procedures. You will also need to help with filing that needs to be done on the HR systems, as well as having some responsibility for setting up interviews , sending out letters and other general office tasks. The role requires someone with High Attention to detail, proven experience within Administration, Strong Outlook and Excel Skills and the want to succeed This is a great role to get involved with and something that will be a good challenge , but equally as satisfying. This will be an immediate start so will need someone who is available by Monday next week.
