This leading professional services organisation is looking for an experienced and qualified HR Executive to help the organisation continue with their successful growth plans.
The Role
Reporting into the HR manager you will be responsible for the implementation of departmental policies and procedures. You will support and guide line Managers on all generalist HR issues including disciplinary, grievance and performance management. You will assist in the continued development of the function within the company.
The Candidate
From a Professional services background you will be CPP qualified with the flexibility and adaptability to make things happen. You will have a strong generalist HR background with sound employment law knowledge and the ability to plan - organise and prioritise work effectively
