Our client is a mid-sized Investment House based in the City of London looking to recruit a HR Officer to join their busy team.
This is a challenging role with lots of training and development opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment Management: Involvement with the full recruitment cycle liasing closely with business stakeholders and managing the PSL agency/head-hunter relationships
Sole responsibility of Interns and Work Experience program
Assist with ER cases with the Senior HR Manager
Complete responsibility for the completion of the leavers process including exit interviews, issuing resignation letters etc.
HR System: Maintain and update accordingly
HR Projects: Working closely with senior HR team on the delivery of key HR projects including C&B, ER and HR Systems
The ideal candidate will have prior HR banking experience, willingness to learn and contribute ideas with strong communication skills.
