HR Officer - Financial Services, North London - 40k

My client, a European business banking service is looking for an HR Officer to manage the Operations and Administration side of the business.

You will be CIPD qualified or able to demonstrate an equivalent knowledge of employment law, HR processes and best practice and ideally have: 

  

• HR Generalist/administration experience, particularly in managing and driving HR Admin projects.
• Up to date employment law knowledge
• Knowledge of implementing automated HR Systems including Attendance, Performance Management, Training & Development and HR reporting
• Some knowledge of co-ordinating and managing benefit packages
• Experience of managing the full recruitment cycle including collating psl, job descriptions, short listing, interviewing, co-ordination and general administration.
• Policy review and upkeep
• Experience of developing good relationships and providing generalist HR advice to line managers.

• Provide full administration support to the existing team
• Drive forward a "right first time" streamlined, contemporary HR administration service to our employees
• Be well organised and efficient
• Have excellent planning, organising and IT skills
• Be responsible for ensuring HR procedures meet legislative requirements
• Be a confident, enthusiastic, talented and energised individual
• Be committed to driving themselves and their workload with energy
