Job Description

My client, an organisation that prides itself on its friendly, professional, creative environment, is seeking a HR officer for maternity cover.

Reporting to the HR Director, the role involves providing organisational and administrative support to the Human Resources Director and Company to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources function. Working closely with the London based Directors, the role is based mainly in the London office but regular attendance is required at the Guildford office.

Specific Responsibilities
Recruitment
Co-ordinate HR activities between London and Guildford offices
Providing first point of contact for general HR assistance and advice in London
Update HR database and producing relevant management reports.
Organising and participating in induction programmes and welcome message
Organising and updating the recruitment website
Assist with work permit and visa requirements
Training and Development
Manage Leavers process
