My clients are a National Accountancy & Audit practice who pride themselves on valuing their people and investing in their futures.
Currently, there is an opportunity for a HR Officer to join the team at the London office. Reporting to the HR Director, this is a generalist role and responsibilitiles will include:
Preparation of offer letters, reference requests and leavers paperwork.
Drafting job descriptions, job adverts, interviewing, liaising with agencies, web based recruitment and other aspects of recruitment process.
Preparing for and presenting parts of the induction programme.
Undertaking exit interviews and recording of all starters and leavers data.
Liaising with Payroll team to deal with starters, leavers, changes etc.
Assisting with investigations, disciplinaries etc.
Undertaking any work necessary to complete projects relating to the HR function.
