SUPERB OPPORTUNITY FOR A HR ADVISOR WITH SHARED SERVICES EXPERIENCE SEEKING TO MAKE AN IMPACT
My clients, a prestigious International Law firm, are seeking a HR Operational Team Leader.
The role includes the supervision of centrally located HR Operational Services team, all reactive elements of day to day service management, including escalation, problem and workload management.
You will develop relationships across the HR and L&D teams to ensure service delivery from the HR Operational Services team meets local/global needs and ensuring change to working practice involved in the delivery of each service is smoothly implemented.
This will include, but not be limited to, the supervision of the HR Operational Service team so that they are motivated and deliver high levels of service.
The Team Leader will be responsible for the training and development of the team to ensure all team members provide consistent levels of support, advice and client service.
