My clients, a FTSE 250 listed consultancy with ambitious growth plans, are seeking a HR Operations Manager to join the team at the London office.
This is a superb opportunity to really make an impact, as you will have full responsibility for setting up the operational HR team.
You will ideally have a track record in a shared services environment, and experience in process mapping and setting up such a function would be highly advantageous.
