My client is an international specialist insurer and reinsurer. Currently there is an opportunity for a talented HR Partner to join the London team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide a professional HR business partnership service by creating effective working relationships with your clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Advising on the appropriate resolution of complex employee relations issues including redundancies.
Recruitment and selection for roles up to and including managerial level.
Management of annual salary review and bonus process including job matching for relevant salary surveys and benchmarking.
Work with the specialist HR areas (Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development) on projects and processes.
Coach, develop and motivate the HR Assistants through effective people management practices.
Assist and support HR led projects and policies as required in order to develop best practice initiatives for the business.
