Our Client is a leading International Banking Group with presence in EMEA, The Americas and APAC looking for a strong HR Project Manager / HR Generalist to work closely alongside the EMEA Head of HR based in the City of London.
The remit of this permanent position will involve taking ownership and driving key, complex HR project forward alongside being responsible for generalist HR duties for a specific client group. Project work will include global reviews, redesign and roll-out of Performance Management Process, audit HRIS, develop and tailor e-learning and streamline the London HR department workflow.
This is a challenging position suitable for an established HR generalist with a passion for projects. Organisation skills along with the ability to adapt and influence across levels essential.
Prior City/Banking/Professional Services experience preferable, ideally within a SME organisation.
