In a role bursting with variety and coupled with the opportunity to get involved in numerous up and coming projects you will be leading these projects across this creative organisation. You will be playing an important part in the midst of change driving new initiatives forward and will have the opportunity to make your mark with your ideas through building relationships with key decision makers within the business. With a solid generalist background in HR, it is essential that you have strong experience in negotiating with Senior Board Member levels and influencing at a Senior Level. We are looking for a creative self starter with excellent organisational skills, who is comfortable with change and working within a changing environment. You will have experience in organisational change projects and leading these.
