My client is a rapidly expanding shipping company with global reach, looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator
to deal with the UK sourcing process. The role would involve utilising past recruitment expertise to streamline
and economise current resourcing processes while also adding value and moving recruitment strategy forward.
As well as using innovative ideas to support projects and keep the recruitment process at the cutting edge, direct
involvement in the interview process at some levels would be required. Liasing with other HR functionaries and
line managers would also be a part of the role, as well as providing advice to senior stakeholders on the
recruitment process.
Successful candidates should be experienced in the recruitment process, as well as imaginative and innovative.
In-house recruitment work or consultancy experience would be ideal, and the moreexperience in newer aspects
of recruitment tactics and processes would also be a plus but not essential.
