Job Description
The successful candidate will;
Proactively drive the risk agenda ensuring focus on risk management is embedded within the HR culture.
Provide advice and direction to the HR Director and HR Leadership Team on all Risk and Business Continuity matters
Represent HR in the design and implementation of Divisional or Group risk-led initiatives & projects
Educate HR and business representatives on risk related issues.
Produce regular HR Risk & Control Assessments and reports.
Ensure effective, current and tested business recovery plans and incident management frameworks are in place
Assist with any Risk-driven ad-hoc project requests.
Identify process improvements and manage process change accordingly and ensure focus is on continuous improvement of the business/ function
The successful candidate will;
A general understanding of Risk methodologies.
Knowledge of working with general HR policies & practice.
Use of HR systems and management information tools e.g. PeopleSoft.
Identifying, diagnosing and solving problems.
Ability to build & maintain an effective network with the HR functions.
Attention to detail and tenacity to ensure accurate reporting delivered to deadline.
Understanding of process mapping techniques
