This HR Secretarial Team Leader is with a market leading Professional Services organisation. This Secretarial leader will be working with a varied group of clients which includes both Business Partners and secretarial staff. The role effectively reports into the business (second report down from the Board of Directors), so commercial awareness is a must. Responsibilities of the Secretarial Team Leader are Generalist in nature and include performance management, reward, recruitment, deployment, development, training and advice on how to take the business forward.

This role requires a professional who is very relationship driven and who is very resilient in order to persist and persuade key stakeholders to make business improvements. The Company is a very forward thinking and people orientated company and flexibility and high quality training is offered for all of the HR team. A high level of professionalism and enthusiasm is a must, however no previous experience in HR is needed.
