HR Training & Development Lawyer - Major Law Firm – to £50k
Our client is looking for HR Training & Development Lawyer to join their team to specialise in bringing law ‘to life’ by delivering practical and interactive training to line managers and HR professionals across the whole spectrum of industries. You will deliver practical employment law training to clients and prospective clients and develop and maintain a programme of in-house and external ‘public’ practical employment law training and market and sell employment law training both in-house and external.
You will write pitches and proposals for prospective clients for training that meets the needs of the client and that is delivered within the cost guidelines laid down by the firm.
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of three years experience of giving specific employment law advice, preferable to employers rather than employees and have an optimistic, can do attitude.
