Covering maternity leave, this role manages the HR Ops team of 8 who operate within a shared services environment. You will be responsible for providing a pro-active HR Ops and Payroll services which provides a pro-active partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partners. You will be contributing to HR strategy through the development and successful implementation of the HR Ops plan, ensure ER cases are dealt with appropriately and work alongside the HRBPs to implement any change programmes relating to ER. This role is also integral in driving developments to HR process and improving performance across the whole employee life cycle. There will be a focus on HRIS and systems processes
You will be a proven HR generalist and be able to evidence managerial, operational and particularly strategic responsibility. If you have worked in a large organisation and/or a shared service environment your application will be viewed more favourably.
