One of the UK's leading innovative retailer is looking for HR Advisor to support there expanding retail division. As a HR Advisor you will be the first port of call for ER issues and you will be responsible for advising the Store Managers and senior management team on HR polices and procedures. You will also manage the recruitment process and be involved in induction training. If you wish to join a market leader and possess solid retail HR experience then this could be the role for you. The ideal candidate would already be a HR Advisor or in a similar role with the ability to communicate across levels and come from a fast paced environment.
