Do you enjoy working on a number of projects at any one time?
This 6 month contract assignment is an ideal role for an experienced HR Manager from the professional services partnership environment. Due to internal work flows and demands the HR team requires the support of an Interim for 6 months who can work across a number of business areas in various guises.
There are a number of initiatives that need a fresh pair of eyes and leadership.
These projects could include: career development plans and enhancing the appraisal system. Additionally the team would like this interim to have strong employee relations experience and knowledge so they can draw upon some of this experience in projects, coaching and mentoring.
Due to internal work demands any candidates applying for this vacancy must be able to start an assignment on or before 22 September 2008.
