An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist looking for that step up into an HRBP role to work within a small European Investment Bank based in the financial City of London.

This is a varied post which is both an operational and strategic supporting the Bank across its European business thus allowing the individual to gain HR European exposure.

Responsibilities include:
Handling all ER issues, conducting displinances and grievances
Research and review current policies and procedures
Analyse and prepare recommendations to management on specific policy-related issues as appropriate
Recruitment responsibility from Front to Back office
Work on various HR – related projects as required to implement HR strategy business unit

This is a challenging role where you will often be responsible for deputising in the Head of HRs absence, thus must be organised and able to prioritise and confident to handle cased independently. Strong relationship building skills essential.

This is a great opportunity to join a small HR team allowing the individual to gain solid experience across the HR remit acting in a true business partner capacity. CIPD and Financial Experience / Professional Services preferable.
