This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Officer / HR Advisor looking to take that next step and branch into a junior HRBP role within a leading, prestigious, financial organisation in the City.
This is a highly demanding and highly rewarding role based within a hands on HR department of talent professional.
Reporting into the Senior HRBP you will have full HR responsibility for a mixed client group of c.250. Responsibilities will involve recruitment, managing ER cases, aligning HR initiatives,
drafting offer letters, producing management reports, keeping abreast of employment legislation, implementing HR policies and working closely with HR management to ensure that the HR team deliver a world class service.
For this position it is essential that you are a strong relationship builder, are credible and trusted whilst displaying integrity and professionalism.
