Your role is to support the head of HR with all the daily demands i.e. preparing reporting statistics, presentations and also generally relieving work load
-Preparing sensitive and confidential information/documentation regarding partner appraisals, profit, allocation, collating and coordinating information;
-Assisting in managing new partner recruitment (monitoring applications, drafting offer letters, drafting business cases, managing joining process and liaising with HR team to finalise induction);
-Building collective knowledge about senior associates and their career aspirations, leading to development of the partner candidate lists and actions leading to partnership selection;
-Building relationships and contact with HR and other professionals in offices other than London;
-Liaising as appropriate with overseas contacts and other departments within the London office;
-Assisting the Head of HR in preparing for and implementing the hire of teams for the London office;
-Working closely with core HR team on project work (e.g. HR surveys, benchmarking exercises);
- recruitment across the board from drafting job specs to collating statistics and providing market advice to hiring managers.
