This global organisation has huge growth plans for its International business and the International HR Manager will be instrumental in helping the business achieve its objectives for the next few years.
Working closely with the International Operations Director and the International HR Director, you will be an integral part of the strategy development and implementation and also work autonomously to deliver a first class HR service.
You will possess superb knowledge of employment legislation internationally and have experience in developing compensation and benefit strategies on an International level. Solid generalist skills and experience are naturally a must for this senior level role.
