Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter (in-house or consultancy) who can hit the ground running and build and maintain close working relationships with key internal clients to Director and Senior Partner level, project manage volume recruitment across marketing, finance, human resources, technical and professional disciplines within one of the worlds largest professional services organisations. Based in London head office you will work closely with line management, directors and partners to manage the recruitment process and ensure that candidates are managed effectively and that the response and conversion rates are of high standard and meet the business objectives. You will have considerable experience of recruiting for interim or contract staff and will preferably have knowledge of account management or working with employees who must work to Service Level Agreements. Recruiting in London and across the UK and you must have a proven track record of understanding professional/blue chip business culture with excellent influencing and consulting abilities and relationship management skills. Also you will need instant credibility to work with senior people and have the ability to match business requirements with staff resourcing needs. Experience of recruiting interim or contract workers is a must; a deadline-driven approach with the ability to work independently; ability to influence and support senior management and proven experience of recruiting within or for large, blue chip organisations essential.
