Our Recruitment and Selection Unit is responsible for providing a
high quality recruitment, employment and retirement service, as
well as advising on all learning, training and development issues.

Selection Officers

£29,542 p.a.
As a member of the Recruitment and Selection Unit, you will
ensure that we continue to provide a pastorally sensitive and
professional service . You will be responsible for responding to
a wide range of enquiries and applications for employment and
vocational training, ensuring that appropriate processes and
procedures are correctly applied.
With recent experience in a generalist HR role, you will be familiar
with recruitment lifecycles and personnel data management
systems. Experience of advising on training opportunities and
liaising with the relevant institutions would be an advantage.
You will be a people-centred team player, who can implement
and review processes and procedures relating to staff, ordained
ministers and overseas workers.
