Job Description
Recruitment Operations
• Optimise online job sites/sources by executing searches and screening candidates.
• Promote the Employee Referral Program by directing employees to the online referral form, screening referred candidates, and providing timely feedback.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules, frequently involving senior staff across multiple time zones, international travel, videoconference facilities, and catering.
• Ensure interviewers receive CBI/CRM feedback forms well before each interview and complete them promptly afterwards.
• Draft and send complete, correct employment offer and contract document packets within 48 hours of a verbal offer.
• Running a seamless new joiners process
Finance, Procurement, and Compliance
• Accurately accrue for European Talent Acquisition expenses. Gather data for periodic forecasting/reporting.
• Follow up on third-party vendor contracts.
• Draft, obtain approvals for, and manage recordkeeping of Statements of Work for every search agency engagement.
• Raise purchase orders, track/manage invoices, and troubleshoot complex accounting issues.
The successful candidate will be self-propelled and delivery-focused. Additional requirements include:
• Four years or more in a recruitment-oriented role.
• Experience with online candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and reference checking.
• Experience with document/file management. Detail orientation and organisational skills.
• Excellent time management. Ability to manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Aptitude for finance/invoice management.
• High sense of urgency and strong customer focus.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems is helpful.
• Professionalism and carriage to interact with senior candidates and staff, up to the executive level.
