In these times of trouble more and more recruiters are moving onto the market with many companies decreasing. My client in contrast, is expanding and looking to add a RECRUITMENT ADVISOR / MANAGER to their team.
The role would be autonomous and stand alone with a view of looking to succeed the head of resourcing eventually. Due to the demanding nature and awesome progression opportunities, the specification for the role is rather specific. Best practice, experience of recruitment projects and innovation are all qualities that should be displayed by the successful applicant.
As many of the individuals dealt with day to day would be rather senior or at the managerial level, candidates should have a background that gives them an element of authority to stamp their mark on the recruitment processes and initiatives they support and run with.
