Job Description: Researcher / HR Graduate
The purpose of this role is to support Consultants and Account Managers on the delivery of HR and graduate recruitment projects.
The business operates in two core areas: Graduate Recruitment and HR Consultancy.
Graduate Recruitment works with larger private and public sector organisations to design and deliver graduate recruitment campaigns including attraction and assessment methodologies.
HR Consultancy works with SMEs across multiple sectors as an in-sourced or out-sourced HR solution: We deliver projects spanning the entire HR lifecycle from HR fundamentals, to selection & assessment and employee engagement.
While it is an entry level position, it is considered to be a critical role and is integral to the success of our business. Note, we are a small business and need someone that would enjoy working in a start-up'/entrepreneurial environment.
We are not a contingency recruitment agency, therefore we are looking for someone who is bright, is professional and can work in fast-paced, target driven environment.

Candidate Management
Become a professional point of contact for candidates, ensure you understand process and are able to answer basic questions about client and role. Learn how to handle difficult or challenging questions.
