Job Description
In this role you will be part of the shared services team and key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the management of all the "in-pats" contracts. Liaison and advising with assignees, with regard to their move to the UK (physical relocation, schooling, personal tax management)
- Working with external consultants and the International Mobility team. Ensure that changes in tax legislation are understood, evaluate impact on individuals, suggest and implement changes to policy if required
- Management of Group Share option plan, ensure that UK legislation is respected
- Managing relationships with 3rd party providers: 1. payroll (ensure that the service provided is accurate timely and cost effective on a monthly basis) 2. company's health care and pension scheme (ensure that both accurate membership of scheme and that employees receive and understand their full benefits) 3. fleet providers (one of the largest overhead costs), ensure that the service provided is within the parameters of the agreed contact and is managed effectively
- Management of the benefits plan (working in conjunction with the HRDs, ensure that the business maintains a strategy of inn
Proven experience in a similar Reward role ideally with tax experience in the UK
Advanced Excel skills
Familiar workingwith HR systems
Previous line management experience is desirable
Proven experience with dealing with expatriates
Bluechip / Global company experience
Demonstrable experience with shared options management
