My client is a professional services firm based in Croydon are looking for a HR officer on a Full or Part- time basis to cover maternity leave for one year. My Client is looking for a Senior HR generalist, your main responsibilities will be managing all ER issues, monitoring and managing sickness absence , managing performance issues, updating policies and procedures and working on mini HR projects such as annual salary reviews. My client is looking for somebody who has excellent employment law knowledge and has a full CIPD qualification. This is a superb opportunity to work in a friendly and very sociable team, the team currently comprising of two senior HR officers and two HR trainees. This role will suit somebody who can work autonomously as well as supervise and mentor the more junior members of the team. Croydon is served with a fast train service from London Bridge or Victoria, whereby average journey times are 15 min, with very frequent trains.
