Job Reference: 20347/CM Job Title: Senior HR Consultant Package: £35k + Car Allowance + Benefits Location: London Position Type: Permanent Contact Name: Chris Pearson Contact Company: JAM HR Ltd The Background A large consultancy solutions business are searching for an experienced Senior HR Consultant to give a complete operational service to effectively deliver HR advice and training to an external client. Youll ensure that they market the company on a continual basis and take the business through a process of gradual expansion. The Responsibilities The organisation is offering the opportunity to join a consultancy HR arm where youll be able to take your client-facing skills to the next step. Youll also be focused primarily on developing and delivering a variety of HR disciplines for a client; whilst you operate your great knowledge in specialist areas of HR on a day-to-day basis. Youll also be on the move a lot providing support to the clients, acting as their own internal resource. The Professional Youll need to be willing to travel to client site, and have the skills in all specialisms of generalist HR. Youll be desirably MCIPD qualified or working towards it. Youll be comfortable and experienced in a stand-alone consulting role and working with other senior level HR professionals. You will also have good experience of Project or Line Management and desirably multi-sector.
