Youll be a fundamental change professional within a client facing consultancy team offering a variety of services to varying types of clients. You will have the opportunity to share in the success of this flourishing business unit. The Responsibilities The company is offering the opportunity to join a high achieving consultancy division where youll be able to take your client-facing skills to the forefront. Youll also be focused primarily on developing and delivering a variety of HR projects for public sector clients, specifically within the health and/or local Government sectors; whilst you operate your great knowledge in specialist areas of HR on a day-to-day basis. Youll also be the right person to see an organisations HR issues holistically and diagnose appropriate solutions. The Professional Youll need to be willing to travel to client site, and have the skills in certain specialisms such as reward, resourcing, organisational development, ER, training and strategy. Youll have lots of valuable experience working in a Public Sector client-facing role and be desirably CIPD qualified. Youll be comfortable and experienced in a stand-alone consulting role and working at senior level.
