This is a high-profile HR Manager role working within the London based office for a Global Hedge Fund, US based.
Acting as a true HR Generalist you will be solely responsible for the entire HR function. Alongside operational HR the role will involve working closely with senior management where you will play a key role in advising on strategic growth for the company on a European remit. You must be highly credible and articulate, ideally with financial service HR experience at a senior level. All applicants must be fully conversant with UK ER law.
There will be a degree of travel to the States, thus candidates must not be adverse to long-haul travel.
It is imperative that this candidate is of strong academic pedigree and would suite working within an academic culture.
