A senior HR advisor is needed for my public sector client. They are looking for an experienced HR practitioner that can manage disciplinary procedures up to dismissal, be an expert on advising employees and managers on policies and procedures, monitor sickness absence and to advise employees on L&D options. This is an exciting role reporting onto the Human Resource Director. Candidates must have solid generalist experience and specific experience dealing with employee relations issues in line with employment law. CIPD qualification is a plus.
