This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, senior recruiter to join an international investment bank. Based in the heart of the City of London the successful applicant will specialise in senior hires within the equities space for Europe.

Sitting with the equities business this is a challenging and varied post, far different from your ‘typical’ in-house recruitment role.

This role would suit a recruiter looking to join a fast, growing business area who thrives on responsibility, reputation and challenges. Sat with the business you will be a key player helping the business grow, being influential in strategic growth plans and ensuring that recruitment is selective and bespoke to each role.

Ideally, applicants will have prior in-house experience recruiting for senior equity hires. However, if you have meaningful senior recruitment experience dealing with executive search agents, exposure to advising on recruitment strategy with experience working for a challenging business unit on niche roles please apply.

This is a maternity 6-12 months FTC. However if you impress opportunities for extension/ perm may arise throughout the business.
