My client, a FTSE 250 listed organisation, is seeking an International HR Manager to cover the EMEA region. You will ideally have sound knowledge of employee relations and employment law for these regions and have good language and communication skills.
The role will involve the provision of operational and strategic support to facilitate extensive global growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and co-ordinating expatriate assignments including relocation assistance, be able to implement local HR support in overseas divisions including the development of local policies, procedures and culture which are compliant with local best practice.
