Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation who is going through a period of growth. Due to changes within the HR function, they require a contracted HR Advisor to support them through the change for a short period of time and to assist with workflow demands. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or will have sufficient experience at Advisory level. Ideally you will have experience of training and also project HR work such as reviewing pay scales and pension provision. You must be available to commit to an assignment of between 2-3 months and be a strong generalist who can assist in operational HR as and when required. This is a hybrid role and will be an interesting assignment. They are a best practice organisation and the HR team is dynamic and forward thinking.
