My client is an international engineering company who currently employ over 300 staff at their site in Liverpool. They are currently recruiting a HR Officer to work in a small but busy HR team, dealing with the day to day operational HR duties, alongside project work.
Duties will include advising and guiding on HR policies and procedures, disciplinaries and grievances, sickness and absence management, recruitment and be first point of contact for any HR based queries.
You will ideally be from a manufacturing or engineering background with Unions experience. CIPD qualified or equivalent you will take a flexible approach to you work, be a pragmatic individual who can liaise at all levels and be highly organised.
