Job Description

My successful and forward thinking client is currently seeking a HR Officer to join their HR team. Reporting into the HR Manager, this is a real generalist role where duties will include: X Resourcing, inductions, performance management, absence management. X Identify, design and implement new policies and procedures X Exit interviews X Producing MI statistics prior to the monthly HR team meeting X Ad hoc HR project work X Investigating disciplinaries and grievances The successful candidate must have experience in a similar HR environment, have a sound understanding of employment law and application and be studying for, part qualified or qualified CIPD. You will have good working knowledge of excel, word, outlook and PowerPoint, be an excellent communicator and influencer (both written and oral skills) and have excellent organisational and administration skills.
