My client is a leading organisation and as a result of a number of different successes they are now seeking an Interim HR Advisor to join the team to deliver a high quality commercially focussed HR service for an initial period of 3 months with a view to going permanent. Reporting to the Head of HR you will take responsibility for reviewing how HR interfaces with the business, and reviewing all the current policies and processes to deliver an effective service. You will look to challenge this processes and make a more effecticve nad streamilined service whilst also reviewing and chal;lenging current policies and working with the business to update these. This is a highly unionised environment therefore you will have excellent inluencing and communication skills. CIPD qualified and previous experience of reviewing and changing HR policies and procedures, you will have proven project management skills, customer management skills and have previous experience of working in a complex environment.
