HR Manager - Middlesex

This global company, a leader within its market, currently requires for an HR Manager to join their highly successful and established HR function. Reporting into the HR Director, you will be managing the UK operation on a daily basis, and take the lead on implementing the HR strategy into the organisation. With line management responsibility for two HR Advisors, you will oversee all operational HR issues for the business, whilst also managing some high profile Hr projects. This will include coaching of the senior management team on broader HR and change, managing the results of their employee engagement programme, embedding a new talent management programme and continuing the scoping of their global development review. As the culture of the business is fast-paced and flat structured, you will need to be hands-on and comfortable in also picking up more operational HR tasks such as recruitment and employee relations. Previous line management experience will be necessary, as well as HR experience from a blue-chip business.
