Responsibilities: Assist the HR Manager in providing best practice advice and information to Managers on all employment matters including employment legislation, Company and union agreements. Support the HR Team in developing the continuous improvement of the administrative processes carried out by the third party Support the HR Manager in maintaining and developing effective employee relation practices and procedures throughout the Company to ensure timely communication and consultation with staff, unions and company council. Manage attendance control to maximise available workforce to meet production requirements. Support and advise managers on the Performance Development Review process. Advise and support on disciplinary and grievance processes ensuring that procedures are followed. Work in conjunction with the Site Administrator and SHE Department in co-ordinating the Company Occupational Health provider. Work in conjunction with the Site Administrator in continuously improving the processes involved in the recruitment of temporary labour. Co-ordinate the recruitment processes in line with headcount budgets ensuring cost effectiveness and timely resources to meet the needs of the business. Assist the HR Manager in the review, development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures. Manage maintain and develop all aspects of HR administration including headcount reporting and reconciliation, generating management reports and maintaining data accuracy of the HR database.
