Job Description

Are you looking to expand on your Public Sector experience? I am looking to recruit a 12 month interim HR Advisor for a NHS Service in Newcastle. My client has recently set up a new Human Resources function and is looking to take on additional team members to support employees and managers. The main focus of your role will be Employee Relations, particularly Discipline & Grievance, Bullying & Harassment and Absence & Performance Management. You will also be involved with the Recruitment Process, updating the HR System, Payroll Admin and Advising at Senior Management level. To be successful in this role, you will be CIPD qualified or part qualified, have proven experience of handling D&G cases, conducting investigations and case preparation, as well as strong Generalist skills. It would also be beneficial to have previous Public Sector and Union experience. Salary - £22-26,000 + 27 days holiday To apply for this role, please contact Sophie Barry on (phone number removed) .
