You will proactively engage with the business and work in partnership with their client area to understand the HR, L&D and people challenges faced by the business. You will support the departmental management team and will make a significant contribution to enable achievement of key business objectives.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD membership and will have experience of having worked as a generalist HR business partner or consultant. In addition you will be highly competent and have the ability to undertake projects on own initiative.
