My public sector client has an oppertunity for an Interim Assistant Human Resources Offer. They are trying to strengthen there HR function who is a motivated individual with a commitment to deliving high quality customer-centred service. Your duties inparticular will include: Provide advice and support in matters relating to conditions of service, policy and procedure, absence management and maternity leave. Contribute to the delivery of key performance indicators. Handle a delegated caseload of discipline and grievance matters. A successful candidate will: Educated to degree level (preferably CIPD) with three years relevant working experience in a human resources role. Should have good interpersonal skills and be an effective team player. Working knowledge of employment legislation. Proven organisational skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a busy environment are other key requirements.
