Due to an increase in workload, our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team for a minimum of six months, with a possibility of an extended contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a public sector organisation, although this is not vital. More important is the ability to demonstrate strong generalist HR skills and to hit the ground running in the role.
As one would expect from such a position, the candidate will be involved in disciplinaries and grievances, absence management, performance management and also managing HR advice to line management.
Reporting in to the HR Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly team and could suit an HR professional looking to gain experience within the public sector.
