My successful public sector client is looking to appoint an Interim Human Resources Advisor on a 12 month contract, due to maternity cover. My client is looking to seek; CIPD qualified. Experienced and motivated human resources professional Make a key contribution to the organisation on the delivery of HR Services to meet the plans and it’s modernisation agenda. The HR Advisor is responsible for the effective delivery of HR Services, providing information, advice and support on procedural and contractual matters, including employment legislation to help managers and staff with the planning and delivery of organisations services within the North East. Requirements of the post; should be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who will effectively co-ordinate human resources support functions and develop the Department. An assertive and confident individual you will need to demonstrate effective negotiation & influencing skills, being able to cope with change and remain focused on achieving results.
